There will be occasions where the nature of the project means that charging by the hour provides the fairest solution for us both. But we will always keep you informed of where we are on fees. No-one likes a nasty surprise at the end of a matter, however successful the outcome.

We are just as willing to offer alternative fee arrangements and we work with many of our clients on fixed and capped fee agreements to provide certainty at the outset of any project.

Our location outside the major conurbations enables us to share the benefits of our lower overheads with our clients. But the great thing is that you benefit from the standard normally associated with larger, more expensive service providers. In fact, we think that our model enables us to deliver better advice, at a significantly more modest price.
