Tom Howell has specialised in commercial property for 25 years.
He joined BrookStreet des Roches as a partner in 2007, attracted by
the firm's focus and expertise in real estate.
Tom does a wide variety of work, acting for clients with
substantial property portfolios as well as for occupiers. He has
particular experience of acting for owners and developers in
connection with the promotion, acquisition and disposal for
development of redundant hospitals, closed cement works, disused
quarries and other industrial land as well as greenfield
sites. The transactions range from outright sales to options
to joint ventures of various descriptions.
Tom is very experienced in the healthcare field.
Tom values the opportunity to take part in a team effort in
achieving the client's commercial objectives, and is a strong
