Stephen runs BrookStreet des Roches' employment law service. Stephen provides employment support in commercial and real estate transactions with a particular focus on TUPE.

Otherwise, Stephen works primarily with employers. In an area which is often viewed as being overly regulated and stacked against employers he helps them navigate complex employment law issues in a simple and user friendly manner. He also advises senior managers and executives when they need legal support, guidance and representation in disciplinary, grievance and termination issues.

Stephen is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Industrial Law Society and the Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce and runs and chairs HR on the Park, a local networking group. He regularly presents seminars and provides training in employment law.
