Simeon joined BrookStreet des Roches in December 2011, having specialised in Property Dispute Resolution since November 2002. Simeon advises on all property related matters, whether or not there is an active 'dispute', with a particular emphasis on landlord and tenant issues.

Simeon is a member of the Property Litigation Association. He is also a keen writer and speaker on the subject of property disputes, regularly providing training and seminars to both clients and other professionals.

• Advising a major provider of services to the public sector in a limited time frame on exit strategies from approximately 100 properties nationwide
• Pursuing a claim for specific performance against a national house builder following its failure to complete a land transaction for an agreed price of £8.6million
• Acting for numerous landlords and tenants exercising or responding to rights to enfranchise. One case involved co-ordinating the right to acquire a freehold of a house for £1.8million and a sub-sale of the property for £4.5million
