Rosie is head of the firm's retail team and acts for some of BrookStreet des Roches' most prestigious clients. She is highly experienced in all aspects of commercial property, in particular landlord and tenant work. She has acted extensively on complex and time-sensitive acquisitions and disposals of all types of property interests, on significant development projects and on major lettings.

• Worked alongside the corporate team of a top five London firm on the real estate due diligence on the acquisition and subsequent disposal of a high street retailer and in the interim increased its portfolio from 80 to 250 stores
• Acting for Arcadia, Blockbuster, McDonald's Restaurants, Moss Bros, Oxfam, The Body Shop and Whittards on portfolio management work including acquisitions, disposals and group restructuring
