Property Litigation Lawyer

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a talented property litigator at 3-4 years PQE level.

The successful candidate will be working with some of the UK's best-known companies. You will give strong commercial and technical advice covering all aspects of property litigation. Your experience will include lease renewals, dilapidations disputes, rent review disputes, disputes between commercial landlords and tenants and contractual disputes with a real estate context. As such, a varied and interesting workload can be guaranteed from the outset.

Candidates must have ample experience gained at a respected City or major regional firm. An ability to adopt a commercial approach, supported by excellent knowledge will be essential. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join a market-leading team.
