Paddy joined BrookStreet des Roches in 1997 as a partner, and has considerable experience specialising in corporate and commercial law. He is the head of the Business Services team. His main focus is on mergers and acquisitions, business structures and corporate governance, with clients including partnerships and cooperatives as well as the more conventional corporate vehicles.

Paddy has been described as 'easy to work with' and 'motivated and practical'. From buying and selling businesses to setting up joint ventures, Paddy has acted for diverse clients, from large household names to smaller owner managed family businesses. Paddy has considerable boardroom experience as a non-executive director of investment and trading companies, acts as a trustee of a pension scheme and has over 20 years' experience acting as Company Secretary to many corporate clients.
