MEPC strikes refinancing deal
BrookStreet des Roches' real estate team has just concluded
working alongside Berwin Leighton Paisner on MEPC's prepayment of a
£125 million tranche of its £470 million CMBS loan.
The transaction also involved the creation of a new facility of
£62 million from Deutsche Hypothekenbank and Santander to be
secured against Chineham Park in Basingstoke.
