Katy qualified as a solicitor in 2002 specialising in real
estate litigation. She joined BrookStreet des Roches in 2005 and
became a partner in April 2010. Katy has experience in all areas of
real estate litigation with particular expertise in complex
landlord and tenant matters. She acts for an impressive range of
landlords and tenants with a particular emphasis on the retail
sector. She provides strategic commercial advice to internal estate
teams and their professional advisors on all contentious property
issues, portfolio management and enforcement of lease covenants
generally.
