Jonathan joined the firm as a part-time consultant in 2011 after
retiring from his full-time career with US-based, international law
firm WilmerHale. Jonathan's practice covers most areas of
corporate law, and includes particular experience in mergers and
acquisitions, venture capital investments, and corporate
transactions in the music industry.
Jonathan has practised as a corporate lawyer for over 30 years,
handling transactions in the UK and internationally. He has been a
member of the International Bar Association and Chairman of the
Thames Valley Commercial Lawyers Association.
