IT distributor takes space at Chineham

Computer 2000 has taken a 10-year lease of Redwood 2, an office building at MEPC's Chineham Park in Hampshire. The move will help to accommodate the continued expansion of Tech Data's UK subsidiary. BrookStreet des Roches' Martin Billings acted for MEPC on the 47,821 sq ft letting.
