Helen joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 1999. She
has over 15 years' experience in high value real estate litigation
in a variety of courts and tribunals. She also provides practical
estate management support for large estates departments with
particular emphasis on the retail sector. She has a special
interest in acting for claimants in professional negligence
disputes arising out of property transactions.
Helen is an accredited mediator and a member of the Property
Litigation Association.

- Blockbuster Entertainment Ltd v Leakcliff Properties Ltd [1997]1 EGLR 28 - an expedited action by the tenant of commercial premises for a declaration that consent to a sub-letting had been unreasonably withheld
- Perry v Day [2004] All ER (D) 327 - a complex claim brought by shareholders of a property development company for reflective losses
- Jewson Holdings Ltd v Clydesdale Bank – a claim against the bank arising from a property development and the extent of the claimant’s liability under the terms of the bank’s guarantee
