BrookStreet des Roches client EasyGym is launching a new fitness club concept. Client contact partner Peter Moody is advising on licensing issues and Richard Mulcock is handling the property work.

EasyGym has taken its first two properties under lease from Virgin Active at Slough and Wood Green. These clubs will open in summer 2011 and EasyGym is planning to roll out the brand nationwide with an accelerating programme in 2012. This venture is being driven by Fore Fitness who have signed a licensing deal with Sir Stelios Haji-Ionnau to use the "Easy" brand. It is Sir Stelios' first move into the fitness market.
