Profile

David joined the firm in 2004. He is a partner in the Business Services team dealing with a range of company and commercial matters including mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations of private companies. David also advises on and drafts a range of commercial agreements.

David leads the firm's franchise team and advises both franchisors and franchisees in the development of their businesses. He drafts and reviews franchise agreements and master licence agreements and acts in the transfer of franchise businesses. He speaks regularly on aspects of franchising.
