Cinram nets Morrisons distribution contract
Following the award of the media distribution business to Cinram
Logistics, Steve Conlan and David Engwell of our Business Services
group have been drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with
the major film studio suppliers and national supermarket retail
customer for the purchase, inventory management and distribution of
CD's, DVD's and other electronic media.
Steve has additionally been advising on the TUPE implications
for employees on the transfer of contracts from the former
contractor to Cinram and on associated redundancy claims.
