Charlie joined BrookStreet des Roches in 1997, attracted by the firm's specialisation in real estate matters. Charlie's clients include property investment funds for which BSDR does investment and management work. He also acts for a number of tenants with significant portfolios, dealing with all manner of landlord and tenant matters.

Charlie has been involved in numerous commercial and residential development sites involving new housing, holiday homes and business parks. He also has an expertise in property related issues in the energy sector and has a growing practice involving renewable energy.

Charlie instigated, compiles and comperes the renowned BrookStreet des Roches annual quiz.
