BrookStreet des Roches completes lease of electricity generation site

Charlie Seaward has completed a 25-year lease for key client, Rockspring PIM, on its estate at Westcott Venture Park, Aylesbury.

The tenant, Shanks Waste Management, will generate electricity from an anaerobic digestion facility, to be constructed by Shanks. The system will enable the treatment of up to 48,000 tonnes per annum of waste and will generate 2MW of electricity per annum.
