BrookStreet des Roches completes acquisition of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty AG’s new London Headquarters

Nicholas Lykke Dahn has completed the acquisition for key client Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty AG ("Allianz") of its new London Headquarters at 60 Gracechurch Street.

Allianz acquired the building from Commerzbank and has subsequently agreed to re-gear the lease with its landlord.

Allianz serves clients worldwide across the whole spectrum of marine, aviation and corporate insurance.
